This tutorial covers the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just before Thotar gives you a taming Rod for your Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar will provide you with a number of 3 taming rods, each differs and makes it possible for you tame beasts in the following order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and at last an Armored Scorpid.

Once you have concluded the taming A part of The hunt chain, you will need to head to Orgrimmar and speak to Ormak Grimshot inside the Valley of Honor so that you can unlock your pet handling capabilities: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training. see here
